Change, Evolution, Revolution of Political Order

I thought about opening a line on political orders after I read 张杰:论中共政权的脆断. Clearly this article was well-written. However, this topic is very difficult. This topic has obviously practical implications, such as democratic transition of China. Several years earlier I was more optimistic. I wrote a series of articles on democratization [2-5]. Later I became more pessimistic after studied literatures and discussed with fellow Mainland Chinese. There are a great many challenges and Mainland Chinese have so little knowledge about political science and economics. If you have followed my recent articles and posts, you would know that now I am not optimistic about democratization of China.
However, a line collects links to changes, evolutions, or revolutions of political systems might be useful. I also list of articles on comparisons of different systems.
